A country park on the south-east fringe of Wickford, created on former agricultural land and opened in 2003. It is surrounded by old hedgerows, and has a 5-acre lake with reedbeds, several ponds, a small wetland that you cross on a boardwalk, and a sizeable area of rough grassland with increasing numbers of wild flowers. The North Benfleet Brook crosses the site.
